ANZAC Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 cup of flour (any type of flour)
- ⅔ cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon of golden syrup
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 125g of butter
- 2 tablespoon of water (warm)
- ⅔ desiccated coconut

- Mixing bowl
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Baking tray
- Mixing spoon
Step on how make it:
- First wash your hands
- Second preheat the oven
- Next grab your bowl
- Next add your dry ingredients into the bowl you just grabbed
- After you added you dry ingredients add your wet ingredients into the bowl that your dry ingredients are in
- Next melt your 125g butter and put it into a different bowl and then add your golden syrup into the bowl that has your melted butter in
- Mix together and form into small balls using your hands
- Squich the ball flat onto a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes
- Cool and enjoy
